The Comp Plan is a twenty-year plan, folks. It’s tweaked every five years. Small mid-course corrections can have large implications for the future. You’ve got to look waaay down the road.

Planning Commission (PC) is conducting two work sessions for the Comp Plan revisions this month:

• Thursday, May 9 – 4 p.m.
• Thursday, May 16 – 4 p.m.

Cash Proffers also on the agenda

The long, long list of requests for cash proffer amendments is being addressed as often as possible. The PC will also be tackling these on the same dates – 5/9 and 5/16 – at 7 p.m.  And, let’s not forget that the Supervisors will consider those same proffer amendment cases on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays.
