The request to rezone the Harris property at the corner of Lee DavisRoad and Pole Green Road behind Pole Green Produce is scheduled to beheard by the Planning Commission on Thursday, July 19, 2007 @ 7 p.m.The plan is to put 59 Condos on 17 acres of ground. Several of thebuildings will be 5 to 10 feet from the property line of houses inLaurel Meadows Subdivision.

Good Luck! The Planning Department at Hanover County are the Sith Lords of the Comp Plan. They pretty much do as they please. That’s why it is crucial that the new Candidates for County Supervisor know that reigning in the Planning Department is the only thing that will slow growth! Otherwise, we’re the new Henrico, overbuilt to please big Developers!!
